A great difficulty for secular geologists to explain through uniformitarian views are the large cratonic basins. In fact, they even admit that their hypotheses do not cover what is actually observed. It seems that the most likely place to hear about forensic science is when it relates to law enforcement investigations, but it applies to other areas as well.
