Still No Feathered Dinosaurs
When I finished loading supplies into my buckboard, I noticed someone standing nearby. It was Lisa Myworries, supervisor of the Winkie Guards at the Darwin Ranch out yonder at Deception Pass. We talked a bit, then went into the town's best eatery for lunch.
Everyone has a worldview by which they interpret and utilize what they observe in life. Charles Lyell, a lawyer by training who made geology his avocation, was an advocate for the slow and gradual processes of uniformitarianism. (That word was coined by a reviewer of his Principles of Geology writings.) Liar Lyell opposed recent creation and the catastrophism of Genesis Flood geological principles, deceptively reporting the erosion of Niagara Falls. His worldview and the deep time narrative found it useful.
Like a couple of others at the ranch, Lisa has doubts about fish-to-farrier evolution but keeps mum — she needs her job. She quietly mentioned the idea that dinosaurs evolved into birds is silly. She is correct, and the idea is unscientific and illogical.

Charles Darwin started the idea of birds evolving from reptiles but admitted there was no evidence for this. Although his acolytes become furious — furious, I tell you — they accept his pronouncements with blind faith, hoping that the fossil record will provide evidence. Since there is none aside from speculation and inference, the "fact" of dinosaur-to-bird evolution has been supplemented by deceptive practices. Even though there are many claims of dinosaur feathers (which fueled the assumption that they were evolving into birds), no real evidence exists. The fact remains that both dinosaurs and birds were created separately.
That some dinosaurs had feathers may initially appear purely scientific and factual. However, this concept was not formed in isolation and from direct evidence. It comes from a particular interpretive framework. What beliefs shape this conclusion?
