Evolution Fast, Evolution Slow — but not Science

Darwin's acolytes continually show us that, for a so-called scientific principle, evolution has no consistency. There are frequent surprises that living things evolved "earlier than thought", but scientists make excuses.

A huge reason that people are deceived is simply because of terminology. If something changes, it is evolution. Same with variation and natural selection. Fish-to-fool evolution is given credit, but that did not happen; people have been hoodwinked by a bait 'n' switch in wording.

Evolution forces change, works slowly, is predictable. Except when the opposite happens. There are huge variations in the rates of alleged evolution.

One amazing example of terminology games played by these sidewinders is seen in calling some characteristics "primitive" and "modern" (based strictly on their evolutionary paradigm), making a lizard into its own ancestor. A spell back, we saw how an evolutionist is happy that evolution is fracturing (which ties into what I said above about it having no consistency). How about that stasis thing? The rules of evolution seem to be made up on the spot for the sake of expediency, even when they defy science and reason.

One rule for evolution rules is that it is slow and gradual, with numerous intermediate steps in a critter's development. Lately, they've been surprised by "earlier than thought" observation, but now that is getting thrown into the mix: Things are evolving at full gallop, or just moseying along doing their own things. Isn't evolution fabulous? No, it's amazingly bad. What is truly fabulous it the work of the Creator, who is described in his written Word, and that evidence points to creation, not Darwinism.
Evolution is as evolution does. When a plant or animal adapts within a single generation, that qualifies as an example of Darwinian evolution, its adherents claim. When an organism never changes for hundreds of millions of years, that’s Darwinian evolution, too. The rate of evolution covers 8 orders of magnitude. In length, 8 orders of magnitude like the difference between a centimeter and 1,000 kilometers, or the width of your little fingernail and the distance from New York City to Nashville, Tennessee. In travel speed, it’s like the difference between half an inch per hour and the land speed record for a car, 760 mph.

The following articles show that the alleged “rate of evolution” varies all over the map, from rapid to a near standstill. Fruit flies can adapt within a generation or two within a year, but horseshoe crabs (another kind of arthropod in the same phylum) have barely changed for hundreds of millions of years.
