Not too long ago, we saw a ridiculous rescuing device for the failed Big Bang in the idea of a cosmic bubble . A more long-standing rescuing device is dark matter , and even some creationists believe it exists. In fact, new words have been manufactured to distinguish between sex (what you were born with) and gender (whatever way you identify yourself).
