Magnetic Field of Earth Troubling to Evolutionists

Riders for the Deep Time brand, promoting cosmic and other kinds of evolution along the trail, have a problem with Earth's magnetic field. That is because there are strong points about it that argue against an old earth and support recent creation.

Secularists attempt to use rescuing devices that are...truly bizarre. Some even defy the laws of physics. Why? They have a commitment to their worldview of naturalism. This means accepting bad science rather than admitting that there is a Creator. The news gets worse.

Believers in an old earth have a problem with its magnetic field because it is fading at a measurable rate. It is strong evidence for recent creation.

The moon and other planets have magnetic fields as well. These are troubling to secular scientists because they believe plate tectonics are necessary for magnetic fields to form — but some places show no evidence of plate tectonics. Dr. Russell Humphreys is a biblical creationist who predicted the magnetic fields of several planets, then his work was verified while predictions of secularists were very wrong.

A bit of a surprising note is that our magnetic field is shifting. The magnetic north pole is heading over to the geographic north pole. Also, since rocks reveal information about the magnetic field, it turns out that it also supports biblical archaeology. No support for an old earth or atheism here, old son, but yet another reason to believe that the Creator built Earth to be our home.
Earth’s magnetic field is crucial for life on our planet. It acts like an invisible shield, protecting us from harmful solar and cosmic radiation. Without it, life on earth wouldn’t stand a chance! If we didn’t have that shield, the sun’s radiation would bombard the earth, strip away the atmosphere, and turn our planet into a barren wasteland much like Mars. But by our Creator’s wise design, earth does have a robust magnetic field that serves as a built-in defense system, guarding our planet from dangerous radiation and making earth a safe place to live. But did you know that this invisible shield is decaying in strength? And to make matters worse, it’s not just weakening—it’s doing it so much faster than scientists have expected.
